The long walk

The crematorium beckoned him in and the gesture was too enticing to refuse.

The eeriness of the graveyard didn’t perturb him. The crowd around him shed tears which perplexed him.

He had it enough. He walked out of the cemetery feeling unharmed, but his soul made the travel to heavenly abode.
